I grew up in Centennial, Colorado where I learned about the real estate industry at a young age from my father, Pat Forber, who was a REALTOR and Broker Associate in the Denver-Metro Area for over 30 years. Before becoming a REALTOR myself, I received my Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York where I studied Economics, Literature, Italian, Art History, Theater and Vocal Music. I spent my early career as an EFL (English as a Foreign Language) Teacher and Trainer, as well as working in International Education and Study Abroad in Florence, Italy in collaboration with Sarah Lawrence College and Kent State University. As Director of University Relations for Santa Reparata International School of Art (SRISA), I moved to San Antonio, Texas with my wife, Anna, where I helped establish the school's U.S. base of operations. I became a licensed REALTOR in 2019 and began my real estate career with Century 21 Scott Meyers REALTORS and later Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper REALTORS. In 2021, I transitioned into sales management as the Vice President of Residential Sales for Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper REALTORS -San Marcos and Stone Oak offices. Currently I am the San Antonio Sales Manager for Century 21 The Hills Realty. I have a passion for educating and empowering agents to achieve their maximum potential. Ninja Selling and Leadership certified, I am follower of the real estate "Philosophy of Abundance," meaning there is plenty of business for everyone in the market and individual success elevates and empowers others to succeed. The relationships we create with our clients and peers as well as the support we receive directly determine our continued success in sales. In an irregular industry with variable challenges, fostering a supportive company culture allows me to adapt and respond to the ever changing needs and priorities of my clients and the agents in my office. San Antonio and the surrounding areas have one of the fastest growing housing markets in the country and I would love to help you in any of your housing needs. I speak Italian, I like wine, and I love my job!
