The San Antonio Board of Realtors, Inc., and its affiliates, (“SABOR” or “Realtor Academy” or “we” or “us” or “our”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information you provide. The information collected from our websites, SABOR.com and RealtorAcademy.com, are used to provide our users with information about our services. This privacy policy describes our policy to any and all information you have provided to us or we have collected from you. When you use or Service, we gather information needed to process your transactions, fulfill your requests, provide our specialized services, and maintain membership records. Collection may be through the following:

The information collected by SABOR enables us to offer a superior product tailored for your specific needs. c. Merger or Sale- If SABOR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of transfer or sale of some or all of its business, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding. Personal Information may be transferred along with the business.
Credit Card Information:
Credit card and payment information will not be shared with third parties. Information that you provide for payment will only be used to process the transaction you request.
Retention and Termination of Information:

Children:
SABOR will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 13. The Services are not designed to attract the attention of persons under the age of 13.
