What Happens After Your Offer Is Accepted?

My family relocated to San Antonio in the late 60's. In 1980, I was graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. My first job was with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department where I spent 8-9 years in the field. Somehow those adventures lead me to Real Estate. I obtained my real estate license in 2001, and a broker's license in 2005. In 2006, I opened a small, boutique RE/MAX franchise in Garden Ridge, Texas. Quickly, I realized that my joy and talents were not in owning and managing an office, but my passions were clearly realized when I was advising clients with the sale and purchase of homes. My gifts are listening and identifying what my clients need, and then following up in ways that cover the details objectively. I have remained true to that vision to this day, 20+ years later, still assisting my clients and building my business one client at a time.
