Phil has been recognized as one of the top 10 realtors in San Antonio and is a Platinum Top 50 Realtor award winner. Phil holds industry membership positions with the San Antonio and Austin Board of Realtors, NorthTexas Boards of Realtors Texas Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. Phil has consulted, developed, managed, and successfully exited numerous single family subdivision projects throughout the State. Phil’s developments span 1 to 1,000 acres in size and have produced over 100 million in gross sales revenue with zero failures. Phil partners with large banks, corporate & private investors to liquidate asset properties throughout south Texas.
