SAN ANTONIO BOARD OF REALTORS® AND THE HOUSTON ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® ENTER INTO A DATA SHARE AGREEMENT
Agreement gives the associations’ members access to more listings across Texas

SAN ANTONIO — (May 2, 2023)The San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) and the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) announced a data share agreement that gives the associations’ members access to thousands of additional listings across the state of Texas

The agreement gives HAR’s 48,000 MLS subscribers access to all SABOR listings, including Active and Sold listings, in San Antonio and the surrounding area effective Tuesday, May 2, 2023. SABOR’s 15,000 MLS subscribers will also have access to all HAR listings effective May 9, 2023. The data share agreement is part of HAR’s and SABOR’s ongoing mission to provide the most comprehensive and current real estate information to its MLS subscribers.

The SABOR listings can be accessed in the Matrix interface used by HAR members and can be found by searching by City, Zip Subdivision or via a map search. HAR members who work in or refer business to San Antonio will have a full data set for research and Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) in that market.“Data shares and collaborations like the one between HAR and SABOR are key with Texas’ growing real estate industry,” said HAR Chair Cathy Treviño with Side, Inc. “Texas is one of the top places people are moving to across the country, and many Texans are moving within the state. Now our members will be able to better serve their clients in the Houston and San Antonio areas.”

HAR listings can be accessed in connectMLS used by SABOR MLS customers, and can be found by searching by City, Zip, Subdivision or via map search. SABOR MLS customers who work in or refer business to Houston will have a full data set for research and Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) in that market.
