As an agent, Mary has helped 160+ families with about $40 million in sales. However, she has also been in your shoes as a consumer. She was a 20-year military spouse (Go Air Force!) with five PCS/relocation purchases. She has been a real estate investor since the mid-1990s. She has owned 18 rental units, flipped a property, and is partnered in two apartment complexes totaling 417 units. Client relationships matter to Mary, so she is deliberate about getting to know her clients and providing extraordinary service to earn trust. She is always learning something and staying informed of industry trends and changes. Her sharp mind, experience, and foresight enable her to tackle issues before they turn into problems.
