JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for creating a positive experience by providing superior level of customer service to current and potential members and students.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential members and students. 
Develop a working knowledge of the various types of products and services available to members and students and council members and students on products and services. 
Become familiar with the various systems and services that are offered to members and students.
Provide assistance to members and students inquiries whether in person, via mail, over the phone, email, or live-chat. 
Ability to accurately and timely enter member/student information into various databases, schedule courses, instructors, etc.   
Answer inquiries regarding including but not limited to membership, state licensure, admissions, registration, state and federal programs as applicable.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders delivering value.
Must have a customer centric mindset.
Responsible for record keeping, archiving, and proper disposal of confidential documents.
Assist with administrative responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required 
Prior experience in customer service environment managing inquires via in person or other forms of communication. 
Ability to provide accurate information in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in adapting to new technologies
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding member and student information
High level of attention to detail and accuracy 
Ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, and methods to a variety of situations

PREFERRED SKILLS/ACCREDITATIONS
Minimum 1-year relevant experience

We are currently looking for part-time real estate pre-licensing instructors. We have three course schedules: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Mon-Thurs 6pm-10pm, and Fri-Sun 8am-7pm. Part-time real estate instructors are responsible for all aspects of live/live online (virtual) course delivery for real estate classes. These individuals will serve as subject matter experts and student advocates while delivering exceptional live/live online (virtual)  classroom experiences to REALTOR® Academy students.

Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a real estate industry expert
Demonstrate excellent teaching skills and ability to engage students in the classroom
Maintain a strong focus on mentoring and driving student success
Effectively manage classroom dynamics
Address student questions throughout live classes and in follow up as requested
Run class time schedule in accordance with established itinerary
Adjust teaching style based on feedback and constructive criticism
Provide appropriate handouts, books, and course material as needed
Adhere to specific requirements as dictated including but not limited to attendance, time schedule, and student concerns
Maintain regular communication with Academy staff

Requirements:
State required experience or education to qualify as an instructor
Five years of active experience as a license holder
Excellent communication skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to effectively utilize technology
Written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability to new teaching methods and alteration in course materials as needed
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Ability to meet state regulatory requirements for real estate instructors.
Strong presentation and teaching skills
Three years of experience in teaching or training; or the equivalent of professional experience, research, authorship, or other significant endeavors in real estate

Preferred
College degree in the subject area to be taught
