Donald Carrasco is a REALTOR® with 1st Choice Realty Group in San Antonio, Texas, where he specializes in residential real estate, probate, and title transactions. Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and strong advocacy for his clients, Donald has built a reputation as someone who not only understands the complexities of real estate but also approaches every interaction with a high level of integrity and care. Donald is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Medical Humanities with a Pre-Law concentration. His academic background gave him a strong foundation in ethics, critical thinking, and legal reasoning, skills that serve him well in real estate and that he intends to further develop in law school. Donald is preparing to pursue a Juris Doctor with a concentration in real estate, probate, title, and estate planning law, with the long-term goal of blending his legal expertise with his real estate career to offer clients an unparalleled level of guidance and protection.

Committed to leadership and service within the real estate community, Donald is a proud graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP). He recently served a twp year term on the MLS Committee for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR), where he has contributed to discussions and decisions that directly shape how REALTORS® and consumers interact with the housing market. In 2026, he will begin his first term as a Director on SABOR’s Board of Directors. Donald views this role as both an honor and a responsibility, recognizing the influence SABOR’s leadership has on REALTORS®, homeowners, and the broader San Antonio community. His focus is on raising industry standards, advocating for REALTOR® professionalism, and ensuring that policies and practices are always aligned with the best interests of clients and the communities REALTORS® serve.

In addition to real estate, Donald has a deeply entrepreneurial spirit. He is actively developing multiple business ventures designed to create sustainable growth, generate opportunities, and build generational wealth. Whether through real estate, business, or law, his vision is to leave a lasting impact that will benefit not only his clients but also his family and community.

At the center of everything Donald does is his daughter, Serene, who serves as his greatest motivation and inspiration. Fatherhood has given him an even greater sense of purpose and has fueled his drive to build a future rooted in stability, opportunity, and service. Outside of his professional commitments, Donald enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring new ways to grow personally and professionally.
