Now that the merger is final, our leadership teams and staff are focused on bringing our operations and member services together.
The process of selecting a new association name is also underway, guided by a task force representing communities across our combined region. We’ll share updates as that work progresses.
We’ll communicate directly with members about changes to billing, services or account access. If you need to take action, we’ll provide instructions and relevant deadlines.

Membership Dues
As promised throughout the merger process, membership billing has been consolidated to ensure members who belong to both SABOR and Four Rivers only pay dues through their primary association.
Annual membership dues will be billed next week for both associations at the SABOR rate.
- Primary Four Rivers members with secondary SABOR membership: You will pay your annual dues through Four Rivers only. You will not receive a separate SABOR dues bill.
- Primary SABOR members with secondary Four Rivers membership: Your secondary membership with SABOR or Four Rivers will not result in an additional bill. This consolidated billing applies specifically to SABOR and Four Rivers memberships. Dues owed to other associations are not affected.
Regardless of which association is your primary, you will only pay one set of annual membership dues. Your secondary membership with SABOR or Four Rivers memberships. Dues owed to other associations are not affected.
Important Clarification: Association Merger vs. MLS Integration
The merger between SABOR and Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® is specific to the associations and does not include a merger between LERA MLS and CTXMLS.
We are working with CTXMLS and anticipate sharing additional details in the coming days. Please watch for communications with important updates specific to your MLS service.
