Whether you're looking to volunteer, develop professionally, or serve in leadership, SABOR offers opportunities at the local, state, and national levels.
Leadership Opportunities
Members can serve in leadership roles that help guide the association and represent REALTORS® across the industry.

Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program
The Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program helps members develop the skills, relationships and industry knowledge needed to lead at the local, state, and national levels. Participants gain valuable insight into association leadership while connecting with REALTORS® from across Texas.
GRI Society
The GRI Society recognizes members who have earned the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and encourages continued professional development and involvement within the association.
Members of the GRI Society stay engaged through networking opportunities, education and leadership within SABOR.
Committees
Serving on a committee is one of the most common ways members get involved and contribute to the association. Committee members help shape SABOR programs, events and initiatives while building connections with other REALTORS®.
Most committee appointments are one- or two-year terms, with applications typically opening in late summer.

- Keep your NAR and Texas REALTORS® profiles updated, including contact information and a headshot
- Stay engaged with industry leaders and association events
- Keep applying - many leaders were selected after applying more than once
