Denise Mitchell

Denise Mitchell is a dedicated Realtor® based in San Antonio with a heart for service and a mission to help families build generational wealth through homeownership. Known by her clients as the “Fairy Godmother of Real Estate,” she combines deep market knowledge with genuine care and a touch of magic that sets her apart.

She holds the GRI designation, AHWD (At Home With Diversity) accreditation, and is a proud graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) Class of 2023. Denise has also served with SABOR for the past three years on the Diversity Committee, including one year as Chairwoman, furthering her commitment to inclusion and advocacy within the industry.  

As a homeschooling mom of three, Denise knows firsthand the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to grow, thrive, and call home. She’s built her business on relationships, education, and service, creating lasting impact one family at a time.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her immersed in nature—studying native plants, observing wildlife, or playing with her 2 adorable dogs- Lou and Salem.
