Join the REALTOR® Academy at George’s Ranch in Boerne for a unique learning experience combining CE, networking, and an exclusive model-home tour.
Led by Michael Siefert, President of The Lookout Group, this 1-hour CE course will help REALTORS® understand how Municipal Utility Districts, Water Control and Improvement Districts, and Public Improvement Districts support infrastructure and amenities in new-home communities. Attendees will learn how to identify these districts, explain taxes and assessments to buyers, and properly navigate Notice to Purchaser disclosure requirements.

12:30 PM: CE instruction begins
Immediately following the class: Model-home tour
Following the class, attendees will tour model homes by Drees Custom Homes, Toll Brothers, and Perry Homes throughout the George’s Ranch community. The tour will begin promptly after instruction concludes.
Lunch is included. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
