Jeffery Shaffer

With a career spanning more than 25 years across aerospace, energy, and real estate, Jeffery Shaffer brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and client-centered service to the San Antonio real estate market. Originally from Peoria, Illinois, Jeffery spent nearly three decades with Pratt & Whitney, leading global operations, purchasing, and business development initiatives that drove multimillion-dollar growth and international expansion.

Since transitioning to real estate in 2015, Jeffery has become a recognized industry leader—earning SABOR’s 2016 Rookie of the Year, graduating from the 2017 SABOR Leadership Program, and serving as Outreach Committee Chair in 2022 before being elected to the 2024 SABOR Board of Directors.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, along with GRI, MRP,SRS, ALHS and C2EX designations. Jeffery’s leadership philosophy is grounded in continuous improvement, strategic execution, and service that delivers measurable results.
