William Curtis

Will Curtis is a commercial real estate broker and instructor who has built his career around solving problems for clients and strengthening the real estate community. After serving in the U.S. Army, Will brought his problem-solving mindset to commercial brokerage, property management, and consulting. Today, he leads with the same focus on strategy and clarity that defined his military service.

Within SABOR, Will has served through all levels of the organization and served as the 2024 Chairman of the Board, championing initiatives that give both residential and commercial members better tools, education, and representation. His leadership extends across the industry, as evidenced by his roles as Texas REALTORS® Regional Vice President, Commercial Committee Chair, and Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist instructor. At the national level, Will contributes to research, education, and advocacy efforts through NAR, and serves as an educator through The CCIM Institute, The Institute of Real Estate Management, and as an Adjunct professor at Trinity University.

Whether guiding investors through market shifts, mentoring agents, or speaking at national conferences, Will brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and strategic vision.
