Historic Home Specialist: Unique to San Antonio “Genealogy of a House”, We’ll be talking further about how to research and share the history of a home. This course will demonstrate how to access resources available online that can help establish a construction date, find a builder/developer/architect, identify previous residents and owners, and more. We’ll take a deep dive into building research so that you can be a valuable resource to your clients and uncover San Antonio history.

Cancellation Policy: Any course/class may be cancelled at the discretion of the REALTOR Academy. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will promptly be refunded in full or will be applied to another class at the registrants’ discretion.
Refund Policy: For CE courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or reschedules prior to two business days of the course. A refund, less a $50 service fee will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the course. There are no refunds for same day cancelations (day of class) and for partial attendance.
