Topic: In this training, we demonstrate how to set up your search page for each property type for how you run your business. You will learn how to set up an automatic search and we will show you the new feature Screener. We will work with search results and demonstrate how you can customize your results page. We will take a look at map results, how to view map results, and how to search within the map. We will walk through the property detail sheet to ensure you are using it in ways that utilize its fullest potential. There will be time for questions and review at the end of the training.
SABOR connectMLS Add & Edit Listings

In this training, you will learn the basics of adding a listing to connectMLS. We will walk you through how to add photos and documents and how to edit a listing once it is live. You will be introduced to the Transaction Management System, where you will learn how to leverage all of its capabilities for you and your sellers. In this training, we will go over the basics of adding your clients to the connectMLS system. We will also look at the client dashboard, the client portal, and the various ways you can keep in touch with your clients within the system. We will look at the prospecting manager, leads in the box, and the client activity widget as ways to grow and manage your business. In this training, we will walk you through how to create a CMA from start to finish. We will also examine how to change the look of your CMA and choose what to present to clients. This will be the last training in this series of live Zoom training, but it could be the most important. Did you know that you can set your own defaults? Did you know you can make your home page look and work however you want it to? This training is geared toward giving you all the little insights that will make your navigation within the system work for you. Hints and defaults will be the focus of this training, but we will also have time to look at some features you may have missed, like the SMART Bar and the CRS Tax search. We will also have time for Q&A.
