The San Antonio Board of REALTORS® proudly congratulates the graduates of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) Class of 2025. This year’s class exemplified dedication, collaboration, and growth through a transformative journey designed to shape the next generation of real estate leaders.
By leading with integrity, fostering conversations that drive positive change within communities, leadership empowers and inspires through active participation, making a difference with ethical action.
Throughout the year, participants engaged in hands-on learning experiences, leadership training, and community projects that strengthened both their professional and personal development. The Class of 2025 represented a diverse group of professionals from across the real estate industry — each bringing unique perspectives and a shared commitment to serving their clients, their colleagues, and their communities.
“Watching this year’s class grow into confident, capable leaders has been truly inspiring,” said Abril Marrujo, SABOR’s TRLP staff liaison. “I am so proud of all our graduates and can’t wait to see the incredible things they’ll accomplish as they take the next steps in their leadership journeys.”
This new graduating class joins a network of distinguished TRLP alumni who continue to make their mark in the industry. Many alumni have gone on to serve on SABOR’s Board of Directors and hold leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels — demonstrating the lasting impact of the program on the REALTOR® community. SABOR extends a heartfelt thank-you to TRLP 2025 Chair Brian Murphy and Vice Chair Melanie Thomas for their leadership, guidance, and dedication throughout the year.
As SABOR celebrates the accomplishments of the Class of 2025, excitement is already building for the next generation of leaders. Marrujo added, “Every year, TRLP continues to raise the bar for excellence in leadership.
