Nellie De La Cruz

Nellie De La Cruz is a dedicated Realtor® with over seven years of experience serving clients across San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas. As team lead of Texas Home Matchmaker Group with Mitchell Realty, she is passionate about mentorship, compliance, and empowering agents to grow their business with confidence and
integrity.

Coming from a family of real estate professionals and great mentors, Nellie brings both expertise and heart to her work. She serves as an MLS instructor for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR), specializing in compliance training and professional development for fellow agents.

Nellie has proudly served the REALTOR® community in multiple leadership roles, including Chair and two-time Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Network (YPN), five years on the Texas REALTORS® YPN Committee, and four years on the MLS Committee. She is also a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) and a CRE Launch graduate with Foresite Commercial Brokerage (Class of Summer 2025).

A strong advocate for first-time homebuyers, Nellie is known for her integrity, attention to detail, and dedication to elevating the real estate profession. Outside of real estate, she
finds her greatest joy in being a proud mom to her son, who inspires her drive, leadership, and commitment to excellence every day.
