San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) and Unlock MLS Announce Data Share Agreement

San Antonio – The San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) is excited to announce a new data share agreement with Unlock MLS. This agreement will provide members with access to thousands of additional listings in the Austin area, furthering SABOR’s mission to offer comprehensive and current real estate information to its MLS subscribers.
SABOR’s MLS subscribers will have access to all Unlock MLS listings, significantly expanding their resources and capabilities. This collaboration is a continuation of the cooperative efforts initiated earlier this year with a cooperating ekey agreement between SABOR and Unlock MLS.
Unlock MLS listings will be accessible in connectMLS used by SABOR MLS subscribers, facilitating seamless searches by City, Zip Code, Subdivision, or map. This data share partnership aims to bring a competitive edge to members by enhancing potential revenue opportunities in these rapidly growing markets.

This initiative builds on the successful data share agreement with the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) established last year, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to expanding resources for our members. The latest collaboration between HAR, SABOR and Unlock MLS will give approximately 80,000 subscribers access to real estate listings across the Houston, San Antonio and Austin regions—the equivalent of nearly 50% of the Texas housing market.
