IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
As part of our mission to empower through collaboration, SABOR has entered into a reciprocal lockbox agreement with Unlock MLS, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Austin Board of REALTORS®.
Effective today, agents with SABOR Supra eKEY’s will be able to open Unlock MLS Supra lockboxes without having to go the extra step of obtaining one day codes or cooperate eKEY’s. Likewise, agents with Unlock MLS Supra eKEY’s will be able to open up SABOR Supra lockboxes without further effort. Please note, you must always confirm your showing appointment from the listing agent or their showing service before entering a property.
Just last year, we announced similar reciprocal lockbox agreements with the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) and the Victoria Area Association of REALTORS® (VAAR). This agreement with Unlock MLS adds to the ongoing opportunities offered to our members so they can better serve their clients through expanded property access.
