SELMA, Texas (Sept. 18, 2025) — TREPAC’s annual Purple Party proved once again to be one of the most anticipated events of the year. Held this past Thursday at Blue Bonnet Palace in Selma, the evening was filled with high energy, great food, and an unforgettable performance from Texas country artist Kevin Fowler.
The atmosphere was electric, with REALTORS® and guests coming together to celebrate, network, and support TREPAC. The crowd’s excitement and the lively entertainment created an incredible vibe that carried through the night. Guests also enjoyed exciting auctions, which added even more energy to the evening and helped generate additional contributions for TREPAC.

Best of all, thousands of dollars were invested to support TREPAC’s mission, helping protect private-property rights and strengthen the future of the real estate industry. With $412,027.34 invested this fiscal year so far, we’ve reached 69.84% of our $590,000 goal.

“The Purple Party 2025 was a fabulous event! It was my first time seeing Kevin Fowler at the historic Blue Bonnet Palace, and what a treat! We especially loved the western theme and the ‘Hat Bar,’ where we designed our own hats and looked festive all evening while dancing the night away,” said Tina Kahlig, Chair of the TREPAC Committee. “From the famous Blue Bonnet BBQ and whiskey tasting to the photo booth, Kevin Fowler meet-and-greet, and both the silent and live auctions, the night was full of fun. Most importantly, we came together in support of TREPAC and raised over $30,000. A big thank-you to the 2025 TREPAC Committee and the SABOR staff, led by Martin and Aaliyah, who truly outdid themselves!”
A big thank-you also goes out to our generous sponsors who helped make the evening possible: Capital Farm Credit, North Park Kahlig Auto Group, Fair Oaks Roost, and RE/MAX Corridor.
