Scott Small is a seasoned REALTOR® with more than two decades of full-time experience and a lifelong dedication to service. Originally from Maine, he has proudly called San Antonio home for over 40 years. His distinguished career includes more than 20 years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force and Texas Air National Guard—service that instilled the discipline, integrity, leadership, and “service before self” values he now brings to every client relationship.

A trailblazer in his field, Scott is the first REALTOR® in San Antonio to earn both the Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist and Real Estate Collaborative Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D) designations. These unique credentials position him as a trusted resource for attendees and clients, navigating one of life’s most challenging transitions. With this expertise, Scott also leads a monthly divorce workshop featuring a family law attorney, a licensed therapist specializing in divorce and relationships, and financial professionals—all aimed at helping participants move forward with clarity and empowered with confidence.

In addition, Scott holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, as well as ABR, MRP, At Home With Diversity, and C2EX certifications, underscoring his ongoing commitment to professional excellence and client advocacy.
