With over a decade of experience in real estate and more than 25 years as a seasoned investor, Mary Nielsen brings unmatched expertise, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to client advocacy. As the Broker-Owner of Perfect Home Realty, she’s known for her sharp negotiation skills and unwavering dedication to helping clients navigate one of life’s most significant financial decisions.

Mary’s approach is simple yet powerful: warm and caring, but a fierce advocate when it matters most. Her client-first philosophy ensures buyers and sellers receive thoughtful guidance, protection, and education every step of the way.

A lifelong learner, Mary holds an impressive array of professional designations and certifications, including CRS, ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CIPS, GRI, HHS, MRP, RENE, SFR®, SRS, and is a proud graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP). Her academic background is equally diverse, with a Bachelor’s in Fine Art in Art Education and Master’s degrees in Counseling and Computer Science, reflecting her multifaceted expertise and passion for growth.

Mary has actively served on numerous industry committees, including SABOR’s MLS, Budget & Finance, Realtor-Builder, and Realtor Image Committees, as well as Texas REALTORS®’ MLS and Member Benefits Committees. She remains deeply engaged with SABOR, Texas REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the Residential Real Estate Council, contributing her voice and leadership to the advancement of the profession.

Outside of real estate, Mary is a dedicated community advocate, supporting organizations such as Texas Public Radio, the University of North Texas Alumni Association, and her local HOA. When she’s not working, you’ll find her dancing, traveling, exploring vineyards, or enjoying game nights and dinners with friends and family.
