Jason Bridgman is a U.S. Air Force veteran, entrepreneur, and community leader who has lived in Texas for over 30 years. As Broker/Owner of TRU Asset Management and Founder of The Fair Oaks Roost, he blends military discipline, real estate expertise, and hospitality vision to create lasting impact.

Military Service & Core Values

Jason served nearly 20 years in the United States Air Force, including time as a Military Training Instructor. His service
instilled discipline, accountability, and leadership skills that guide his life and business.

Real Estate Career

Jason has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas since 2001, completing over 1,100 transactions. In 2022, he rebranded
Bridgeman Property Management into TRU Asset Management LLC, which now manages hundreds of San Antonio-area
properties.

Hospitality & Community
As owner of The Fair Oaks Roost in Fair Oaks Ranch, Jason created a community hub with 24 beers on tap, craft cocktails, and a scratch-made menu. The Roost has become a local favorite for neighbors, families, and sports fans.
