Erin Cestero

Erin Cestero spent over 15 years in corporate sales and marketing development before transitioning to a career in real estate. She was rapidly identified as a leader in the real estate market, named as one of the Platinum Top 50 REALTORS® in San Antonio and consistently ranked as one of the Top 20 Luxury Agents in the 7th largest city in the nation by the San Antonio Business Journal.

Working her way up through key leadership positions within JBGoodwin REALTORS®, including Sales Manager, Vice President, and now President, Erin led the growth of the San Antonio Division from 125 agents to over 425 agents today. In her first year as President of JBGoodwin REALTORS®, Erin was named the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® Manager of the Year as well as the Platinum Top 50 Executive of the Year. During her tenure, she also led the JBGoodwin REALTORS® San Antonio Division to back-to-back wins from 2021–2025 as the #1 Top Workplace in San Antonio and then subsequently the #1 Top Workplace in the United States in 2025.

Erin currently serves as a Director on the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) Board of Directors and on the Texas REALTORS® Forms Task Force. She has earned a prominent standing as a national leader in the real estate industry. Her expertise and insights have positioned her as a sought-after authority in the field, earning her invitations to speak year after year at the Annual Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Conference, as well as at numerous other national and international real estate conferences. She also served as an invited speaker at the 2022 National Association of REALTORS® Annual Broker Summit presenting on the Future of Real Estate, and most recently spoke at RISMedia’s 2023 & 2024 Annual Conferences on weathering changes in the real estate market.
