Courtney Rosen

Courtney Rosen is the broker-owner of MHN Property Management, where she is dedicated to delivering the best value in professional property management services. With years of hands-on experience managing residential properties, she brings deep expertise in leasing, tenant relations, compliance, and long-term investment strategy. Known for her negotiation skills and ability to ask the right questions, Courtney helps property owners protect their investments while fostering positive tenant experiences.

Since earning her broker’s license in 2020, Courtney has grown MHN Property Management while also taking on leadership roles within the industry. She has served as a Director on the Board of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) since 2021, joining the Executive Committee in 2025, and is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Her professional credentials include the Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and the Texas Realtor Leasing Specialist (TRLS) and Texas Realtor Property Manager (TRPM) certifications.

Courtney is also deeply involved in housing policy and advocacy. She has served on San Antonio’s Short Term Rental Task Force (2023–2024), Renters’ Solutions Subcommittee (2023–2024), and Building Standards Board (2024–2025), where she works to protect landlord rights, improve housing standards, and create practical solutions for the community.

A proud military brat and world traveler, Courtney combines adaptability, cultural perspective, and a decade of teaching experience with her property management expertise. Her focus remains on delivering exceptional service to clients, raising the standards of the industry, and strengthening the role of professional property management in San Antonio.
