Six Different Ways to Settle Unreported Licensees

One of the six conditions below must be met for each unreported licensee by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2022, to avoid brokerage-wide deactivation of SABOR and SABOR MLS services.

  1. The specified Agent(s)/Broker Associate(s) may join the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® as a new member(s).
  2. The specified Agent(s)/Broker Associate(s) may reinstate their previously existing REALTOR® membership with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®.
  3. The specified Licensee(s) or Broker may provide proof in writing of current REALTOR® membership with another local REALTOR® Association to SABOR prior to the deadline.
  4. No Longer Sponsor the specified agent(s)/broker associate(s) by Returning their License to TREC.
  5. The Broker sets up an LFRO (Limited Function Referral Organization) office and transfers the specified agent(s)/broker associate(s) into that office.
  6. Broker pays the $367.00 per remaining Unreported Licensee fee.
