Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program
The Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) is designed to serve the evolving needs of Texas REALTORS® by offering an innovative and flexible learning experience. This program empowers self-motivated individuals to develop their leadership skills within a collaborative learning community. TRLP cultivates a network of selected participants who channel their knowledge into meaningful volunteer service. Its core values are rooted in community, service, integrity and commitment.

The mission of TRLP is to cultivate leaders across all segments of the community by educating, developing and empowering participants to assume leadership roles. The program provides the tools, resources and guidance necessary for participants to initiate their involvement and effectively leverage their strengths to drive meaningful change within their professional, personal and civic spheres.

A Leadership Path That Starts With Vision and Ends With Purpose
During the opening retreat, the foundation for the program is established, including setting expectations, outlining agendas and introducing the program’s purpose and spirit through the program facilitator(s). Presentations from community leaders, government officials and business executives are incorporated to inspire participants and provide insight into leadership pathways they may aspire to pursue.
The TRLP concludes with a graduation ceremony that reflects on the program experience, celebrates the camaraderie developed among participants, and reinforces the commitment to community leadership. Upon completion, participants are awarded a certificate of graduation and the program’s signature pin, symbolizing their readiness to serve as leaders within both their communities and the real estate industry.
The goal of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program is to drive leadership participation on the local and ultimately state level, benefiting both local communities and the REALTOR® body as a whole.
