Complete a total of 180 classroom hours of mandatory qualifying real estate courses and pass the License exams.

Students must attend all classroom hours and complete all chapter quizzes in order to take the final exam and complete the course. eBook textbooks and one attempt of the exam is included with the cost of each course. There is an addition fee for exam retakes. The courses can be completed Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or 6 - 10 p.m. The half day and evening classes are a perfect way for individuals wanting to become REALTORS® but also have other commitments to continue work through the process.
