The San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) logos are provided exclusively for co-branding purposes by current SABOR members. Use of these logos constitutes agreement with the following rules and limitations.
Logo Guidelines
SABOR’s logo is a valuable asset and it is essential that it be used correctly to preserve the brand’s identity, reputation and recognition. When co-branding with another company, the SABOR logo must be presented with the same level of prominence, respect and clarity as it would in any solo application.
The integrity of the SABOR logo must be upheld at all times. It is imperative that the logo not be stretched, condensed, distorted or otherwise altered in any manner. Any modification of the logo undermines its visual impact and compromises brand consistency.
- Do not recreate or retype the words.
- Do not stretch or distort the logo.
- Do not change the logo color.
- Do not add a shape around the logo.
- Do not overlap other graphics or text.
- Do not pair the main logo and wordmark logo together.
- Do not angle the logo.
Logo Integrity and Design Standards
SABOR logos may not be altered in any way, including but not limited to:
- Changing colors, fonts, or proportions
- Adding effects such as shadows, outlines or gradients
- Cropping, stretching, skewing or rotating the logo
- Removing or modifying any elements of the logo
Logos may be resized proportionally only to fit design needs. Logos must remain clear, legible, and unobstructed at all times. Adequate clear space must be maintained around the logo to ensure visibility and brand integrity.
Authorized Use
SABOR logos may only be used by current San Antonio Board of REALTORS® members in good standing. Logos may be used solely for professional, business-related materials that promote real estate activities or events consistent with SABOR’s mission. Approved uses include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Print and digital advertising
- Social media posts
- Websites and email communications
- Event signage and collateral
Prohibited Use
SABOR logos may not be used by nonmembers, former members, or any third party without prior written approval from SABOR. Logos may not be used to imply:
- SABOR endorsement of a specific product, service, political position or candidate
- An official partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist
Logos may not be used in any manner that is:
- Misleading, defamatory, or harmful to the reputation of SABOR
- In violation of local, state, or federal laws
- Inconsistent with the REALTOR® Code of Ethics
Co-Branding Requirements
- SABOR logos must appear secondary to the member’s own brokerage or personal branding.
- The SABOR logo may not be displayed more prominently than a member’s brokerage logo.
- Logos may not be combined with other logos or graphics to create a new or modified mark.
Termination of Use
- Membership lapses or is terminated
- Use violates these guidelines
SABOR reserves the right to request immediate removal of the logo from any material deemed noncompliant.
Ownership and Enforcement
- All SABOR logos are the exclusive property of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®.
- SABOR reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time.
- Unauthorized or improper use may result in disciplinary action and/or legal remedies.
