Reciprocal Lockbox Agreements
At SABOR, we're committed to making it easier for you to serve your clients and expand your business reach. That's why we're thrilled to share great news that builds on our ongoing efforts to empower collaboration across Texas!
We’ve secured new reciprocal lockbox agreements with several REALTOR® associations, allowing your SABOR Supra eKEY® to seamlessly open Supra lockboxes in these partner markets—and vice versa for agents visiting our region.
These new agreements extend your Supra eKEY® access to areas served by multiple partner associations, many of whose territories overlap with the region covered by NTREIS (North Texas Real Estate Information Systems). This includes more than 50 counties across North and Central Texas, with key markets such as Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, Collin, Tarrant, Waco and surrounding areas. In addition, members will have lockbox access in regions served by the Highland Lakes Association, which includes Burnet and Llano counties.
This expansion builds on our previously established partnerships with the Austin Board of REALTORS®, Houston Association of REALTORS®, Victoria Area Association of REALTORS® and Four Rivers Association of REALTORS®. The result? More seamless property showings across a greater portion of Texas, saving you time and helping you serve your clients more efficiently.

- Even with these expanded opportunities, maintaining geographical competency remains the responsibility of the broker.
