Based on member and Board of Managers’ feedback, we’ve made a few updates to simplify how seller concessions are reported once a listing has been marked as SOLD. The process has been streamlined to one dropdown menu and one text field, with both fields required. This ensures we collect all necessary information from the listing and, in turn, that you have the complete details needed for your CMAs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Seller Concessions Description dropdown has been simplified to the following options: Closing Costs, Home Warranty, None, and Other – see agent remarks.

We’ve also consolidated multiple reporting fields into a single field designed to capture one dollar amount for the “Total Amount Paid by Seller.”

Please note: Seller Concessions in the MLS reflect the amount paid by the seller towards the buyer’s closing costs.
