JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for creating a positive experience by providing superior level of customer service to current and potential members and students.

Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential members and students. 
Develop a working knowledge of the various types of products and services available to members and students and council members and students on products and services. 
Become familiar with the various systems and services that are offered to members and students.
Provide assistance to members and students inquiries whether in person, via mail, over the phone, email, or live-chat. 
Ability to accurately and timely enter member/student information into various databases, schedule courses, instructors, etc.   
Answer inquiries regarding including but not limited to membership, state licensure, admissions, registration, state and federal programs as applicable.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders delivering value.
Must have a customer centric mindset.
Responsible for record keeping, archiving, and proper disposal of confidential documents.
Assist with administrative responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

High School diploma or equivalent required 
Prior experience in customer service environment managing inquires via in person or other forms of communication. 
Ability to provide accurate information in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in adapting to new technologies
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding member and student information

The San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) is currently seeking a dynamic candidate for the TREPAC Fundraising Specialist position. SABOR is the largest trade association in South Texas and is an advocate for private property rights. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of building relationships, event management, and fundraising.

Job Description

The TREPAC Fundraising Specialist serves as a staff liaison and assists in the Implementation of programs and goals for the TREPAC Committee and other Governmental Affairs committee and/or groups as directed by the President/CEO. (Non-Exempt Employee: Reports to the Director of Governmental Affairs).

General Duties include, but not limited to:

Oversee the day-to-day administration of SABOR’s fundraising efforts for the Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC). Includes setting up for events, registering participants, posting payments; Maintaining Committee and event income and expense reports; Reconciling events with the Accounting Department’s records.
Responsible for preparing agendas and minutes for assigned committees. Notify Committee members of meetings; Set up Committee rosters and track meeting attendance; Prepare meeting dates, rooms, and handling all Committee related correspondence. Will also follow-up with all recommendations from the Committee that require Board of Directors’ action. Will foster a good working relationship with the committee leadership, committee members and SABOR membership.
Responsible to motivate and mobilize member volunteers to further SABOR public policy and TREPAC fundraising goals and for increasing participation rates and number of TREPAC major investors.
Responsible for education of local Board staff and SABOR volunteers on legal, fundraising, and reporting regulations related to TREPAC investments.
Will schedule visits with real estate offices as directed to promote TREPAC involvement and SABOR’s grassroots political activity.
Responsible to monitor the various TREPAC recognition for accuracy and verify all pertinent recognition awards have been sent from the Texas REALTORS (TR) to appropriate contributing member(s).
Responsible for monitoring the SABOR TREPAC goal and providing quarterly progress reports as requested.
Will assist the Governmental Affairs Director administratively as needed.

Minimal out of town travel shall be required (Approx. 10%) In-town travel will occur.
Required Skills/Accreditations

Demonstrated previous fundraising experience
Working knowledge of political campaigns and campaign finance.
Organizational and Management Skills
Strong Computer literacy with emphasis on Microsoft applications.
Understanding of the processes associated with a volunteer organization.
Must be a good project manager.
Must be attentive and creative, possess the ability to work with and adapt to all types of people and exhibit patience, perseverance and persuasiveness.
Must be skilled as a communicator, have strong interpersonal skills, and have ability to build consensus.
Must be flexible with respect to work schedule.
Must be self-motivated and ability to have initiative.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Fosters and contributes to a positive team environment.
Preferred Skills/Accreditations

4-year degree in related field.

We are currently looking for part-time real estate pre-licensing instructors. We have three course schedules: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Mon-Thurs 6pm-10pm, and Fri-Sun 8am-7pm. Part-time real estate instructors are responsible for all aspects of live/live online (virtual) course delivery for real estate classes. These individuals will serve as subject matter experts and student advocates while delivering exceptional live/live online (virtual)  classroom experiences to REALTOR® Academy students.

Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a real estate industry expert
Demonstrate excellent teaching skills and ability to engage students in the classroom
Maintain a strong focus on mentoring and driving student success
Effectively manage classroom dynamics
Address student questions throughout live classes and in follow up as requested
Run class time schedule in accordance with established itinerary
Adjust teaching style based on feedback and constructive criticism
Provide appropriate handouts, books, and course material as needed
Adhere to specific requirements as dictated including but not limited to attendance, time schedule, and student concerns
Maintain regular communication with Academy staff

State required experience or education to qualify as an instructor
Five years of active experience as a license holder
Excellent communication skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to effectively utilize technology
Written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability to new teaching methods and alteration in course materials as needed
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Ability to meet state regulatory requirements for real estate instructors.
Strong presentation and teaching skills
Three years of experience in teaching or training; or the equivalent of professional experience, research, authorship, or other significant endeavors in real estate

College degree in the subject area to be taught
